This system will take advantage of the top of the iPhone, where the notch is traditionally located, to bring adaptive notifications to users. Now iPhone text messages, emails, Face ID sign-ins, and more will have their own unique animations. The dynamic island will also be interactive so that users can change music, respond to contacts, and multitask seamlessly.
