Some Apex Legends players have become frustrated with the Nemesis Burst AR, claiming it needs a nerf to fit better within the meta for Season 16. With this being the first season to launch without a new character, the addition of a new weapon was meant to be one of the highlights of this new seasonal update. In addition, it can hold this charge for a short duration before it starts to decay. In a post on Reddit, a user known as Intrepid-Event-2243 claimed that “everyone agrees the [Nemesis] is overpowered.” While it is hard to tell exactly how many players have taken issue with the new weapon, Intrepid-Event-2243 has already gained more than 1.7K upvotes on their Reddit post, suggesting that many gamers agree something needs to be done about the gun.
