The new season of Kaun Banega Crorepati is almost here! Actor Amitabh Bachchan announced the return of this legendary quiz competition on Sony Entertainment Television. Though the date of the KBC 14 premier is still unknown, the makers have shared a teaser of the show in a hilarious way. Sony Entertainment shared the video on Twitter, featuring the actor Amitabh Bachchan seated on his chair while playing the game with a contestant and there is an important message for everyone in it!
In the new promo of the KBC 14 show, Amitabh Bachchan asked a contestant named Guddi about which of the following products has GPS technology? The options popped up on the screen as - A. Typewriter, B. Television, C. Satellite, and D. Rs. 2000 currency note. Without any hesitation, Guddi confidently opts for option D.
Well, Amitabh asked her if she was sure about the answer. And on a lighter note, she said that not only her but the entire nation knows that the answer is the Rs. 2000 note. Not so surprisingly, she lost the game when Amitabh Bachchan informed her that her answer was incorrect. The correct answer is of course C - Satellite. Guddi later mentioned that she had seen it on the news.

The promo referred to rumours back in 2016 claiming that the Rs. 2000 currency note carries a GPS chip. It was false news. Amitabh Bachchan asked the audience to not believe unverified news and to verify everything before believing it.
