In the release notes, AMD states that the Radeon RX 7900 XTX and RX 7900 XT GPUs get up to a 16% performance boost versus the previous Radeon Software Adrenalin drivers at 4K resolution. That's a big boost and appreciated for users who are planning to play the game either in early or launch-day releases. The release note also mentions fixes for Baldur's Gate 3 but some users may face driver timeout issues within Starfield running Dynamic Resolution. That is an issue that'll be resolved in the coming release.
In addition to the drivers, Starfield is already bundled with various AMD Radeon GPUs & Ryzen CPUs so if you happen to purchase one of those recently, you can definitely redeem a copy of the game and start playing it as soon as it comes out.
