In the anticipated game Stray, players will take control of a cat lost in a rundown cyberpunk city and, according to a leak from the PlayStation Database, it looks to be releasing sooner than expected. Lots of games managed to get fans excited during 2020'sPlayStation 5 reveal stream, but Stray instantly captured players' hearts and attentions with its hyper-detailed feline and its beautiful art direction. Even though the game has encountered a couple delays, players remain anxious to try the adventure platformer.
Developer BlueTwelve Studio first started working on the sci-fi stray cat game in 2015 and began development with only two people. The project grew in scope to the point where it has become one of the PlayStation 5's most anticipated titles. The game has since been announced to release on PC and PlayStation 4 as well. Many fans were expecting the title to release sometime in 2021 until the developer announced Stray would be delayed to ensure a quality title and avoid an unhealthy crunch environment. However, a new leak suggests the wait to play Stray is almost over.
