While Memphis has hinted online about a single mother, Hamza has been showing off his new chapter of life in Chicago, with his daughter and Memphis nowhere in sight. Like other stars in the 90 Day Fiancé universe, Tunisia-born Hamza has found challenges in search of the American dream. A recent post on Instagram revealed Hamza ran into a struggle with the American health care system. "There is a big difference between my country and America," Hamza wrote in an Instagram Story slide, diving into the differences between the U.S. and Tunisia's medical care. "In Tunisia, a dentist is not expensive," he explained. "A dentist in America is very expensive, I do not have health insurance," Hamza revealed.
