The Tiger's Den is the hippest place in town. It's where the pros go.Its very inclusion as an active facility works wonders. Simply plop it down, head back out for another round of dungeon-hopping, and return to reap the rewards.
There is a bit more to it, of course. The amount of stat increase each of your employees receives directly correlates to the number of floors you complete in a given dungeon before your return. None of this is made possible unless the Tiger's Den is deployed in your base, but interestingly enough, your empowered personnel don't actually huddle together inside the building like they do with every other facility.
