The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask is the next Nintendo 64 game set to join Switch Online’s Expansion Tier line-up, Nintendo has confirmed.
The classic Zelda title will be added to Switch Online’s line-up in February, Nintendo said on Thursday, following on fromtoday’s addition of Banjo-Kazooie and last month’s arrival of Paper Mario.
In the N64 classic, hero Link has three days to save the world before the moon comes crashing down, destroying the world of Termina and everyone inhabiting it.
Nintendo has also said that Pokémon Snap, Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, Mario Golf and F-Zero X will be added to the service at some point.
Switch’s N64 library is set to receive over 20 additional titles in the future, if a recent datamine of the platform is to be believed.
That’s according to analysis by Twitter user MondoMega, who has worked out using the launch games’ database IDs that at least 38 games are planned in total for the service.
That represents 17 more N64 titles than were released for both Wii and Wii U’s Virtual Console service.
