Here are the games leaving PlayStation Plus in October 2023. Next month will the PS Plus library take a considerable hit with 16 games leaving, shortly after Sony announced a major price hike for their subscription-based service. Two major franchises are pulling fan-favourite titles, with a pair of recent horror hits also being untimely removed just before Halloween.
If you’re currently bingeing the Far Cry of Yakuza series, then we’ve got some bad news. Next month will see a number of titles removed including Far Cry 5 and Yakuza 5 Remastered. With the latter being some 50+ hours long, you’ll need to book in some playdates with Kiryu to get it finished before it leaves PlayStation Plus. There are also smaller yet unmissable titles we’d recommend blasting through, namely Limbo and Inside.
Like many popular television and film streaming services, PlayStation Plus will periodically add and remove titles from its gaming on demand library. There’s always a likelihood that a game you’re playing may disappear from the lineup, so it’s always best to keep an eye on which games are due to leave.
