In Xenoblade Chronicles 3, the Stalker class represents bow-type weapons and (as its name implies) centers on subterfuge. Striking from afar, Stalkers are exceptional at keeping aggro off of themselves whilst wreaking havoc on the battlefield.

Juniper, the Hero who introduces this class, is a member of the Agnus nation whose true allegiance is to the forest itself. Personable and fair, their talents lend themselves throughout the story. But how does one go about unlocking Juniper? And, perhaps more importantly, gaining access to their coveted class for fun and profit? Read on, good readers, and you'll learn it all.
Well, before we get into the class itself, let's start by pointing out one of the most important rewards tied Stalker. Juniper's excellent field skill, Rope Sliding, is all yours once they've teamed up with you, meaning there are cool new treasures and scary monsters to pop open and to contend with, respectively. Field skills in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 are far fewer in number than in the second game (and the Wii U installment, Xenoblade Chronicles X, for that matter) so unlocking a new one is always a big deal.
Now, on the Stalker itself. This class is better at keeping aggro to a minimum than any other Attacker, which is always helpful for non-tanks. Its offensive power is pretty high, and its Agility only helps matters. (Agility improves accuracy, so you've got yourself a class that will seldom miss and yet isn't likely to draw nearly as much attention to itself as most would.
