Nintendo has revealed the details regarding the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass, which is set to include new outfits, battles, and a new story scenario. The Nintendo Switch has lots of first-party games with Season Pass content, including Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and Luigi's Mansion 3, as Nintendo has become more invested in DLC during the current generation.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 received an Expansion Pass, which added new costumes, helpful items, and even the ability to unlock Shulk and Fiora from the original Xenoblade Chronicles as allies. The final DLC was the acclaimed Torna: The Golden Country, which was a separate story mode that acted as a prequel to the main story, with its own characters and take on the battle system. The quality of Torna: The Golden Country was surprising, and it made a lot of fans hopeful that Nintendo's first-party outings would have worthwhile DLC going forward.
