Microsoft's Xbox Game Pass subscription service has already seen a number of high profile new games released in January 2022, and even more are on the way. Microsoft has confirmed nine more games coming to the Xbox Game Pass subscription service for the second half of January 2022, with two of those titles available for subscribers to check out as early as today.
Microsoft recently surprise-launched Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition for Game Pass on January 18, and it comes alongside the previously-announced Nobody Saves the World. Both are day one Xbox Game Pass games, though Danganronpa has previously been available on other platforms. Nobody Saves the World, meanwhile, is a completely brand-new release, the latest game from popular indie developer Drinkbox Studios, best known for its work on the Guacamelee series.

These day one releases ensure that January 18 is a big day for Xbox Game Pass subscribers, but there's even more on the way later this week. January 20 will see the launch of six different Xbox Game Pass games, four of which are brand-new, day one releases. Hitman Trilogy, Pupperazzi, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Extraction, and Windjammers 2 are all dropping on January 20 as day one Xbox Game Pass games, while Rainbow Six Siege is finally making its way to the PC version of Game Pass.
The aforementioned Xbox Game Pass games coming on January 20 were already confirmed by Microsoft in advance, but a newly revealed title in the lineup is Death's Door.
