Microsoft is all-in on its Xbox Game Pass subscription service, doing everything it can to bolster the lineup with high quality day one releases, major third-party titles, and other perks. Xbox Game Pass was front and center at the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, with Microsoft highlighting a wide range of games that will be added to Game Pass within the next 12 months.
Prior to the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, a new day one game coming to Xbox Game Pass was quietly confirmed for August 2022. Turbo Golf Racing is coming to Xbox Game Pass on August 4 through the Xbox Game Preview program, meaning it will be available to Game Pass subscribers as an early access game. Turbo Golf Racing, it should be pointed out, is just one of the new Xbox Game Pass games for August 2022 that has been confirmed so far.

There's another new game confirmed for Xbox Game Pass in August 2022, and that's Two Point Campus, launching August 9. Two Point Campus offers similar gameplay as Two Point Hospital, but instead of running a hospital, Two Point Campus has players running a college campus. Two Point Campus looks promising for fans of simulation games, so it will be interesting to see if it lives up to expectations.
Besides Turbo Golf Racing and Two Point Campus, Xbox Game Pass subscribers also have Midnight Fight Express to look forward to starting August 23. Whereas Turbo Golf Racing blends sports and vehicles ala Rocket League, Midnight Fight Express is a stylish action game with over-the-top violence. All three games should make interesting additions to the Xbox Game Pass lineup
