Wolverine's Hellfire Gala Costume Puts a Stunning Twist on Logan's Legacy

With the X-Men about to host a night of high fashion and drama, Laura Kinney's Wolverine is getting a new costume for the Hellfire Gala that's nothing like the hero has worn before. In a stunning costume designed by superstar artist Russell Dauterman, the Marvel Comics hero trades in her usual outfit (patterned after that of her father, Logan) for a much more dapper look that instantly puts her on the best-dressed list at the X-Men's 2022 event.
The second annual Hellfire Gala will bring the greatest heroes and villains together on the X-Men's island home of Krakoa, as they celebrate mutantdom while sporting some absolutely fantastic costumes and outfits. Last year's event, the first-ever in the pages of Marvel Comics, saw guests ranging from the Avengers to real-life celebrities such as Conan O'Brien and Eminem. The 2022 event is set to make a similar splash, as Wolverine and Marvel's greatest mutants will partake in the glitzy, glamor-filled night, and the popular hero will get a striking new outfit.

Marvel Comics shared a series of looks and costumes set to be worn at the X-Men's 2022 Hellfire Gala, including a look at Wolverine's unique ensemble. In a design page featuring Russell Dauterman's design for Laura Kinney (the current main Wolverine on the X-Men team), the hero gets a striking new costume for the Hellfire Gala. Wolverine's outfit features a black bodysuit with cutouts throughout, emphasizing the hero's powerful claws and the damage they can cause.
