If you’re using Windows 11, then you have to move the Taskbar to the top by making changes in the Registry. Tap the Windows key and type “registry” in the search bar and open “Registry Editor” from the search results.
Next, copy “Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects3” and enter it into the Registry Editor’s address bar, and hit Enter.
On the next page, double-click on the “Settings” key available on the right and then look for the 00000008 row (usually, it’s the 2nd row).
