Marvel has revealed at Comic-Con 2022 that Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania will feature MODOK's first live-action appearance in the MCU. The movie will properly introduce the MCU's Phase 4 — 6 big bad, Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors), following an appearance by a Kang variant in theLoki season 1 finale. It remains to be seen how or why MODOK fits into the plot of Quantumania, given its focus on Kang and Marvel's Multiverse Saga.
