Manaphy is a mythical Pokémon that players can find while completing a request in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Players will need to complete Request 66 in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, The Sea's Legend, to encounter and catch Manaphy, as well as Phione. There are a few steps to completing The Sea's Legend in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. First, players will need to have Buizel, Mantyke, and Overqwil in their party for this request. Buizel can be found near the bodies of water south of Horseshoe Plains or west of Nature's Pantry. To obtain Mantyke in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, players will need to travel to Tranquility Cove in Cobalt Coastlands.

For players to get Overqwil, they will need to evolve a Qwilfish, which can be found in various areas around Cobalt Coastlands. After catching Qwilfish, players need to have it use Barb Barrage in Strong Style 20 times to evolve it into Overqwil. Once players have Buizel, Mantyke, and Overqwil in their party, they can start The Sea's Legend in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Players need to travel to Cobalt Coastlands to complete the request and catch Manaphy.
The Sea's Legend must be completed in the evening in Cobalt Coastlands, so players can head there at the right time or use a camp in the area to set the time of day by resting. Players will then need to use their Basculegion mount in Pokémon Legends: Arceus to swim in between the two large pointed rocks jutting out of the ocean.
