Season 02 of Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is upon us, bringing players a slew of new maps, modes, and missions. One such new mission for the Legion faction, Health Conscious, requires players to extract an IFAK. While the name seems ambiguous, the item is anything but. IFAKs, or ‘Individual First Aid Kits,’ are somewhat challenging to find unless you know their mechanics. Here’s where to find IFAKs in Warzone 2 DMZ.
Truthfully, there’s no set, straightforward way to find IFAKs. When a game starts, all loot in the lobby is randomized, meaning there are no set spawns or locations you can go to find guaranteed IFAKs. Fortunately, there’s a simple workaround for this: IFAKs are medical supplies and, therefore, commonly found in the wall-mounted first aid kits or medicine cabinets throughout the game. Usually, you’ll find a lot of these containers in bathrooms, hospitals, or other medical facilities.
Of course, you might not find an IFAK straight away. If that’s the case, you’ll need to keep searching for these containers until you find one. Once you have an IFAK, make sure to keep it in your inventory before you extract. Check your map for a suitable extraction zone, and board the helicopter that arrives to extract an IFAK. You can check whether you’ve completed the Faction Mission requirements by opening the Faction Mission menu.
With your IFAK extracted, you should only need to find bandages to complete the Faction Mission. In fact, it’s likely you found some while opening medicine cabinets and first aid kits, looking for the elusive IFAK.
