The latest Animal Crossing: New Horizons infamous Bunny Day event started on April 10, 2022, but fans are already asking when it will be over. Although the event itself is a cute and straightforward egg hunt, many feel it is one of the more intrusive events in the New Horizons rotation. Two years ago, in 2020, the Bunny Day event was the first holiday introduced to New Horizons, and it immediately rubbed players the wrong way.
Throughout the Bunny Day event, players will meet Zipper T. Bunny, who will explain he's hidden six different egg types all over the player's island. For a week, players will find the brightly colored eggs by doing regular Animal Crossing player activities like digging, bashing rocks, and fishing. In exchange for these eggs, Zipper will give players recipes and items, including furniture, wallpaper, and clothes.

The items available for Bunny Day are adorable, and the event is a fun egg hunt but the issue players have is just with the Bunny Day event is how much it overtakes everything on a player's island. With that in mind, players will be pleased to know that the event only runs for seven days now rather than the initial ten days when it was launched in 2020.
