What We Know About Married At First Sight Alum David Norton's Violent Past
David Norton was a fan favorite in the beginning of Married at First Sight season 3, but he had a fall from grace after his violent past and criminal background surfaced. He went on to another entertaining MAFS spin-off, but fans were less interested in his story after the news came to light. David has kept a low profile ever since season 3, and many fans are still interested in the specifics of David's seedy past, as well as Ashley's thoughts on the situation.
Married at First Sight season 3 featured three new Atlanta-based couples. The group of strangers met their life partners on the walk down the aisle, and unsurprisingly, none of them stayed together. Vanessa Nelson and Tres Russell chose to remain married on Decision Day, and were arguably the couple with the most chemistry, but they soon decided to end things. Samantha Role and Neil Bowlus had one of the healthiest relationships to come out of Married at First Sight, but it was more of a platonic friendship than a marriage, leading to their divorce.

MAFS fans could never get behind Ashley Doherty and David Norton's marriage, as the pair lacked all chemistry on season 3.
