The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Marlo Hampton recently said that she regrets speaking about Kenya Moore's estranged relationship with her mother in season 9. Hampton and Moore became friends in RHOA season 6, which caused a rift in Hampton's relationship with NeNe Leakes, who had brought her on the show. Even though Hampton found a friend in Moore, she was always working on restoring her relationship with Leakes. Eventually, Hampton and Leakes became friends again, and a new rift began between Moore and Hampton.
Because Leakes and Moore were never good friends, Hampton was always in support of whomever she was a friend with at the time. Once she and Moore were no longer friends, Moore was on the receiving end of Hampton's disrespect. Things completely escalated during a girls' trip when Hampton called Moore evil and said that her evil nature explained the lack of relationship with her mother. Moore took offense to the insult because Hampton knew the pain she endured because of her mother. At this point, Moore said that she and Hampton would never be friends again.

During a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen questioned Hampton about some of her low moments on the show and inquired about whether she felt remorseful for some of the things she said. According to The Daily Dish, Cohen asked Hampton, "Was it a low blow for you to tell Kenya that you understood why her mother doesn't want to mess with her?" Hampton admitted that she was wrong for making the statement, and Cohen echoed her thoughts by saying, "Yeah, that was bad." Hampton followed up by saying the situation was "super bad. I regret that.
