The Warhammer 40,000 franchise has featured a huge number of video games across a whole bunch of genres including first-person shooters, turn-based and real-time strategy, action, and even sports. It has not, however, been adapted as a classic or computer role-playing game (CRPG). That is, until now. Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader will be the series' first-ever CRPG, and you will still be able to play it on consoles.
Developed by Pathfinder: Kingmaker studio Owlcat Games, Warhammer: 40,000 Rogue Trader puts you in the role of the titular Rogue Trader, who won't be venturing through enormous spaceships to destroy waves of enemies--well, at least murder won't be your primary goal. Instead, you'll be working as a merchant, wielding the Emperor's blessing as you work to expand his influence or betray him by working with enemy factions.
