Arkane Studios and Bethesda gave us a fresh look at the cooperative action game Redfall during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase. The new IP from the developer behind Prey and Dishonored is shaping up to be one of the biggest upcoming Xbox games. As seen in the new gameplay trailer, Redfall looks a whole lot like Arkane Austin's take on a Borderlands game, with Layla being the coolest-looking character with telekinetic Siren-like powers.
Previously planned to release this year, Redfall--much like Starfield--was later delayed to 2023 in order to allow for more polishing time. It's Arkane's most-recent game following Deathloop, a PS5 timed console exclusive that should come to Xbox Series X|S later this year. As with Redfall, that game features multiplayer, albeit in a more restricted form than the cooperative-focused vampire game.
