As a result, it's not uncommon at all for Elden Ring players to summon in co-op partners to help them win the fight.

Omar and the host player were joined by a partner with the name «Do It Yourself» as a parody of «Let Me Solo Her.» Whereas the Let Me Solo Her player takes pride in beating Malenia on their own, Do It Yourself instead just sat in front of the boss door, letting Omar and the host player do all the work.

While some Elden Ring players may consider this griefing, players can actually see the names of summons before they bring them into their world, so the host knew the player was called Do It Yourself before bringing them in to help.
