Original Smallville stars Tom Welling and Michael Rosenbaum have announced the premiere date and details for their anticipated new podcast series, Talk Ville. Welling famously portrayed Clark Kent/Superman on the popular WB show, which ran from 2001 to 2011 for a total of 10 seasons. Meanwhile, Rosenbaum played a young version of the classic Superman villain Lex Luthor in the series. Together, the pair are hosting a new podcast series in which they revisit every episode of Smallville.
According to Variety, Talk Ville is now set to premiere on July 13, with new episodes scheduled to be released each Wednesday after. Cumulus Media is making the podcast series available to stream on most major platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, TuneIn, Google Podcasts and others. On Talk Ville, Welling and Rosenbaum will rewatch every episode of Smallville and reveal exclusive behind-the-scenes stories and details. Welling was quoted as saying, “I’m glad we’re finally able to do this! Looking forward to rewatching the series, sharing stories and revealing insights from my time on Smallville.”

Welling will next be seen in director Scott Windhauser's action-packed film Deep Six, alongside Twilight actor Cam Gigandet. Rosenbaum currently hosts the podcast Inside of You with Michael Rosenbaum, where Welling has already been a guest several times. Both actors have previously discussed their plans to launch an animated Smallville TV revival that would take place after the events of the original show's season 10.
