The newest word is ready for players to attempt and this word shouldn't cause too much trouble for most players. Today's answer is CLOSE.
Not a very difficult word for the day but it still took us a few guesses to get it right. We began our game with the starting word POUND, this only provided a single misplaced vowel. Moving forward we tried CLONE. This clearly unlocked the day's answer for us by providing four of the five letters needed, and all were in the right spots, but there were a few choices to be made.
Our third guess was CLOVE, which proved to be incorrect. With the choices dwindling we finally scored a solid win-in-four with the correct answer, CLOSE.
