is a retro compilation of 13 Konami classics brought to modern hardware by developer Digital Eclipse. First announced back in March, the is ready to reboot on Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on August 30 for $39.99.
IGN’s report revealing the release date puts the bundle of old games just after, a well-received brawler in the style of many of these classics from publisher Dotemu and developer Tribute Games. This package will make it much easier for fans to see where Dotemu and Tribute pulled from.
The complete list of included games ranges from the two arcade brawlers to their home versions, portable excursions, and one -esque spin-off. There’s plenty to discover for players old and new and include the following:
will feature added online play, and the entire collection will support local couch-co-op, button remapping, save states, and rewinding so players can more easily get through these retro titles.
As with most every Digital Eclipse release, will also have archival documents, pictures, and other behind-the-scenes artifacts displayed alongside these classics. While the standard edition will be available digitally, there is also an elaborate physical limited edition that comes with more items and collectibles.
