Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is a first-person looter-shooter by Gearbox Software and 2K in which players take part in Tiny Tina's latest game of Bunkers and Badasses, fighting their way across her wonderlands to face off against the sinister Dragonlord.
Freezicles can be found in the Mount Claw area while progressing the GTFO questline, which begins by taking a job from the quest board in town. The quest is from a goblin seeking to free her comrades from oppressive conditions in Mount Claw on behalf of the «Goblins Tired of Forced Oppression.» Journeying to Mount Claw will eventually lead to players being asked to disable the great furnace, which will require the powers of Freezicles.
Your goblin friend «Jar» will set off to find him while the player collects explosives for use against Vorcanar the Dragon God (a boss encountered later on in this questline.) Unfortunately, as the player collects explosives from the goblin sappers her messages quickly make it clear that she's in way over her head. After grabbing the explosives she asks the player to come and help her, and the quest marker guides the way to «Castle Freezicles.»
