Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is the latest looter shooter from Gearbox Software, the makers of the beloved Borderlands series that has been ongoing since 2009. Taking on a fantasy theme in a unique twist on the franchise, players assume the roles of Fatemakers participating in a game of Bunkers and Baddasses, Tiny Tina's chaotic version ofDungeons and Dragons. The game features a class system that allows players to mix and match elements from multiple classes, with a strong variety of loot and skills that gives players lots of opportunities for formulating unique character builds.

Perhaps the biggest addition coming with Tiny Tina's Wonderlands: Shattering Spectreglass is the new elemental-based Blightcaller class. The Blightcaller can recharge their shield, or Ward, by defeating foes while harnessing the power of the swamp to inflict deadly damage-over-time poison effects from their Spirit Swarm and Bog Totem companions. Targeting an area with the Plaguestorm ability allows the Blightcaller to store non-ability damage they deal, which is then unleashed through elemental bolts that attack enemies and inflict the amount of stored damage. Passive skills like Virulence and Active Decay increase the potency of status effects, while Spirit Swarm creates a Spirit Swarm companion whenever a status effect is applied.
