Rockstar Games expanded on the Grand Theft Auto 4 experience with substantial DLCs in the form of The Lost and the Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony. Each Grand Theft Auto 4 expansion introduced new playable characters, story developments, and gameplay features for fans to check out, earning widespread acclaim and even getting their own standalone release.
