Thymesia isn't an easy game by any means. As a soulslike, it requires a lot of undertaking from the player to learn enemy movements, enemy attacks, and ways in which they can tackle them.
Odur is the first official boss players will take on in Thymesia and is found at the end of the Sea of Trees zone. Odur is a challenging boss, especially for the first zone, where players are still getting used to the combat of the game. Alongside this, Odur has two phases the player must grind through in order to defeat him.
How Long to Beat Thymesia
Odur's first form can already be quite difficult for an early boss. He's fast and quick, and his combos can easily put the player out of their misery quickly if they're not careful. Odur has multiple combos he will throw at the player:

Once the player has depleted Odur's first health bar, he will enter his second phase. Here his moves are more deadly and have more steps to fake the player out.
