Therefore, in order to provide you with a safer online chatting environment, Meta Platforms is working on WhatsApp screenshot blocking feature on Android phones. The feature is in WhatsApp beta mode currently. The Online messaging platform will block any attempt to take screenshots of 'View Once' images and videos. It needs to be noted that the feature of blocking screenshots will be available in a future update.

Thanks to a future update of WhatsApp beta for Android, WhatsApp will block any attempt to take screenshots to view once images and videos!"
