We’ve seen a lot of variety in the modding community this week. From much-requested features - such as more Battlefront 2 characters and a better camera mode for Cyberpunk - to a whole bunch of Stardew Valley shitposting, we certainly haven’t lacked for mods to talk about.

Star Wars: Battlefront 2 may have disappointed many at launch, but the fans it did have felt let down when its DLC was scrapped. Now, two years after development ceased, players can experience some of what was planned - and much more. 29 new characters in total have been added via the new mod, Battlefront 2022. This includes fan favourites such as Ahsoka, Jango Fett, Mace Windu, Jyn Erso, and many, many more.
Cyberpunk 2077’s camera mode is pretty good - too good, some (me) would say, with a folder full of screenshots. But it does have some annoying restrictions that stop you from posing V and Johnny just as you want them. Thankfully, we now have a fan-made camera mode that gives us a lot more freedom. For starters, there’s no collision, so you can shove characters as close together as you’d like. Johnny and V also get a bunch of new poses, and they look great. This is perfect for anyone who would like to waste 100 more hours taking selfies of V, as if we needed any help with that.
One of Elden Ring’s best features is its messaging system. Nothing beat the launch week, where “try finger but hole” greeted all new players. Now, that very feature has come to Skyrim - via a mod, anyway. The Building Bridges mod is actually a step up from FromSoft’s
