Warning! Spoilers ahead for X-Men: Hellfire Gala #1
While new mutants have been added to the current X-Men roster, some are carrying big secrets that could tear the team apart. As featured in the annual Hellfire Gala event, the mutant nation of Krakoa elects new members to join the X-Men. While there are some returning members like Cyclops and Jean Grey, the majority of this year's team features some new faces (who seemingly have their own agendas).
As seen in the new Hellfire Gala #1from Gerry Duggan, Kris Anka, Russell Dauterman, Matteo Lolli, CF Villain, Rain Beredo, Frank Martin, Matt Milla, Matthew Wilson, VC's Cory Petit, Tom Muller, and Jay Bowen from Marvel Comics, the lavish event sees new X-Men being elected onto the team. While Cyclops, Jean Grey, and Synch are all staying on for another year to help lead, the rest are all new members to replace Laura Kinney's Wolverine, Polaris, Rogue, and Sunfire. Now, Forge, Havok, Magik, and Firestar will be joining the X-Men for the 2022-2023 era.

However, it seems as though some of these new members are carrying secrets that could compromise this new iteration of X-Men. During the congratulations, Professor Xavier psychically speaks with Forge to ensure that «Project Blackbox» won't be affected. Seeing as how Xavier clearly doesn't want to be overheard, it seems the project would not be supported by the X-Men or the majority of Krakoa (whatever it may be). Likewise, it seems as though Tony Stark wants Firestar to be a secret spy given her status as a former Avenger.
