Eddie Munson actor Joseph Quinn says his favorite Stranger Things moment was season 4's Metallica sequence. Stranger Things began streaming exclusively on Netflix in July of 2016, and has gone on to become Netflix's most popular English-language original series. The fourth season premiered this year, with the first volume dropping on Netflix in May, and the second volume debuting on July 1. As of May 30, prior to volume 2's release, Stranger Things season 4 was viewed for more that 287 million hours worldwide.
Introduced in season 4, Quinn's character Eddie is a metal-loving, guitar-playing, Dungeons & Dragons-obsessed teenager. Despite only appearing in the most recent season of Stranger Things, Eddie has become an instant fan-favorite character for his charisma, his attitude, and his loyalty to his friends. The guitarist for his band Corroded Coffin, fans had the opportunity to see Eddie shred on his electric guitar several times throughout season 4 — and being a guitarist in real life, Quinn did all of Eddie's rocking-out himself.
