Lenovo is yet to release a successor to its Chromebook Duet, but its latest device, the Lenovo 10w Tablet, is for those wanting a Windows version of the popular tablet. Following the Windows on ARM partnership between Microsoft and Qualcomm, more manufacturers are now willing to launch Windows tablets or 2-in-1s, and incredible battery life is one of the key advantages that computers powered by ARM chips have.
Considering the partnership was first announced back in 2016, there are not a lot of Windows on ARM laptops at the moment. The available ones are also powered by Qualcomm chipsets due to an exclusive deal between the semiconductor company and Microsoft. However, that may change in the near future as the contract is expected to end soon, thus opening the arena to more players. MediaTek has already expressed interest in working with Microsoft to make Windows on ARM computers powered by its chipsets.

The Lenovo 10w is targeted at the classroom, particularly younger students, and this is evident in the design. The device comes in Abyss Blue with red accents for the camera and garaged pen. The display is protected by a sheet of Corning Gorilla Glass and there is a ruggedized rubber bumper that should help it survive student life. The detachable keyboard has anti-pry keys and is spill-resistant up to 360ml, meaning it can survive accidental spills at the cafeteria or light rain.
