Some fans may be returning to Skyrim to check out the Anniversary Edition, and may have a desire to try unlocking all the achievements that the game has to offer. Skyrim has a whopping 75 achievements for fans to unlock, and while many of them can be earned rather easily through normal progression, there are some achievements in the game that have proven to be incredibly elusive, with only a small percentage of fans ever earning them.

Xbox tracks the percentage of players that have unlocked achievements in various games, Skyrim included. Taking a look at these achievements, it becomes clear which ones have been the most difficult for fans to unlock, with five achievements in particular famously giving Skyrim players trouble over the years.
The Master Architect achievement in Skyrim has a 1.68% unlock rate and is worth a paltry 10 gamerscore. The achievement requires Skyrim players to build three houses, but the description seems to have thrown some players off. Not only do players have to build three houses, but they have to fully complete each house, which means adding on all three wings and creating a proper entryway.
