The Adam Project, premiering on Netflix in March 2022,tells the story of Adam Reed, a time traveler, who crash lands in 2022 and teams up with his younger self and his deceased father to save the future. The project was directed by Shawn Levy, most known for Night at the Museum,and will star Mark Ruffalo, Jennifer Garner, Zoe Saldana, and newcomer Walker Scobell alongside Ryan Reynolds.

The first glimpse into the world of The Adam Project promises a lot of sci-fi goodies such as invisible ships, futuristic weapons, and, of course, time travel. However, the official synopsis of the film hints at a deeper story below the special effects and humor. The official synopsis released by Netflix hints at Adam needing the trip «to come to terms with his past,» the specifics of which remain a mystery for now. Reynolds shared the trailer on his Twitter this morning and shared a bit about the fun he had making the film.
