Over the past year, Miller has been arrested twice in a one-month span for harassment and assault in Hawaii. The Flash star also had a restraining order filed against them by a couple after the actor allegedly threatened to kill and burn them. The run-ins with the law didn’t stop there, because just this month a family filed a protective order against The Flash star, who allegedly groomed their 18-year-old daughter. The parents claim that their daughter and Miller met when their daughter was only 12 years old and Miller was 23 years old.
