The final trailer for The Flash is here, showing off more of its time and dimension-bending protagonists, including multiple versions of the Flash, two Batmans, Supergirl, and the return of General Zod.
The upcoming DC film features Ezra Miller as The Flash, with a number of other DC actors reprising previous roles including Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton as their respective versions of Batman, and Michael Shannon as General Zod. The new trailer has also revealed another returning actor, with Jeremy Irons reprising his role as Alfred Pennyworth, after playing the character previously in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League.
The film follows Miller's Barry Allen as he attempts to use his powers of time travel to correct the past and save his parents. As cautioned by Affleck's Batman, his time travel shenanigans go terribly wrong, and he becomes trapped in a reality threatened by the return of General Zod. The film features The Flash fighting alongside an alternate version of himself, as well as Supergirl played by Sasha Calle, and Michael Keaton's alternate universe Batman. The Flash is directed by IT (2017) filmmaker Andy Muschietti.
The Flash opens on June 16.
