The next free Epic Games Store titles have been announced.
Rising Hell and Slain: Back From Hell will be free to claim from Epic’s PC marketplace from October 6-13.
They will replace party platformer Runbow and The Drone Racing League Simulator, which are currently free to download until October 6.
“Rising Hell is a vertical platformer rogue-lite filled with adrenaline-pumping action and tons of heavy gothic metal shreds,” according to its Epic Games Store listing.
Platformer Slain: Back from Hell offers “heavy metal inspired arcade combat with puzzle elements and gore galore”.
The Epic Games Store gave away 89 free titles last year (down from 103 in 2020), with a combined worth of $2,120.
According to Epic, users claimed over 765 million free games in 2021.
The latest batch of ‘free’ PC titles set to offered to Amazon Prime Gaming members was announced on Thursday.
October’s free games line-up includes Fallout 76, Middle-earth: Shadow of War, Total War: Warhammer II, Glass Masquerade, Loom, Hero’s Hour, and Horace.
