Since falling in love, Kam and Leroy relocated to Texas together and are starting a family.
Fans were happy to hear Kam and Leroy's pregnancy announcement at the start of the year. After a few years of dating, the happy couple was excited to announce that a baby was on board. Leroy took things to the next level at their baby shower in April by popping the big question. It was a major step for Kam and Leroy who started dating on the show but went through a number of breakups before finally making things official. In February, Kam and Leroy shared a happy moment during the gender reveal announcing that a baby boy is set to join the family.

On Monday, sources confirmed that Kam and Leroy welcomed their son Kingston Lee into the world on May 17, four days before Leroy's birthday. "He completed our little family!" Kam told E! News. The Challenge finalist gushed about how "perfect" her baby boy is and how "obsessed" she and Leroy are with him. "I never want to put him down," Kam said. "He is the perfect blend of us both." As new parents, Kam says the journey has been a joyous one for her and Leroy. The couple is familiar with facing obstacles together. Typically it's on MTV where they have the chance to win thousands of dollars. But this time, it's a tiny little human they have to raise together. "We are such a great team and work so well together," Kam said.
