New images fromThe Boys offical Twitter teases the upcoming release of the season 3 teaser trailer. The hit Amazon series will be returning this summer with eight new episodes after The Boys season 2's finale nearly 18 months ago. After several teases of what to expect in upcoming episodes, The Boys showrunner Eric Kripke promised last month that the first official season 3 trailer would be «out in a few weeks.»

While the titular Boys will once again face off against the infamous Seven, The Boys season 3 is also adding a major character to its line-up in Jensen Ackles' Soldier Boy.
