Over the past few weeks, the Tears of the Kingdom and Hyrule Engineering subreddits have been filled with all types of aircraft thanks to a new discovery that allowed players to rip materials out of shrines. You'd have thought that aircraft were the only vehicle Link was capable of making of, but there are still a select few players out there looking to revolutionize the world of land transportation. For example, take u/BlockOfRawCopper, who recently made a vehicle capable of driving up sheer cliffs.
First shared with the Hyrule Engineering subreddit, u/BlockOfRawCopper calls their invention the River Crawler, an absolute behemoth of a vehicle that can traverse even the rockiest of conditions. To show off what the vehicle is capable of, the player immediately tasks it with what should be the impossible, having it scale a sheer cliff face. Not only does it manage it, but it does it with relative ease, and can even climb cliffs when it's raining.

If that wasn't enough, u/BlockOfRawCopper then goes on to show how the vehicle manages some of the harshest conditions you'll come across during your adventures in Hyrule. First, they show how it easily navigates quicksand, before quickly transitioning to a clip of it gliding through lava with no problems at all. They then show off its ability to sail through water too, as the vehicles main body is a boat which floats whenever it comes across a body of water too deep to drive through. It truly is the best all-terrain vehicle out there.
