TCL has added five new phones under the TCL 30 series, all of which come armed with a 50-megapixel camera and many photography tricks that share some similarities with those available on Samsung phones. The company has already launched a couple of phones in the TCL 30 series, with TCL 30V 5G being a Verizon exclusive, while the TCL 30 XE 5G only went on sale through T-Mobile and Metro earlier this month.
For about $200, TCL 30 XE 5G offers features such as a 6.52-inch HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels) display with a 90Hz refresh rate, while the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip runs things under the hood. The rear camera array includes a 13MP primary snapper and a pair of 2-megapixel snappers for depth sensing and macro photography. Interestingly TCL only introduced the 20 series phones in June last year and is already overhauling the entire portfolio just over six months later.

The TCL 30, TCL 30 5G and TCL 30+ share the same design and key features. Over at the front is a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch, but there's no high-refresh-rate magic to be seen here. All three phones come armed with a 5,010mAh battery, while the fingerprint sensor has been embedded inside the side-mounted power button.
The TCL 30 and its Plus variant come with the MediaTek Helio G37 processor paired with four gigs of RAM that is offered with 64GB and 128GB of onboard storage, respectively. Thankfully, there is scope for storage expansion
