Ash of Gods: The Way has dropped on Android. It opened for pre-registration in July, just weeks after the launch of its prequel, Ash of Gods: Redemption. The game brings a mix of tactical turn-based battles and deck-building.
Ash of Gods: The Way is set in the universe of Terminus. It’s a world where the only way to survive is to master a brutal card game called The Way. You play as Finn, a young guy who’s had a pretty rough time. The enemy wrecked his home and shattered his family, and now it’s payback time.
So, while Finn’s on a mission to protect his homeland, you guide him through the intense tactical battles. As Finn, you take a crew of three and travel into enemy territory to participate in war game tournaments. You get to build decks full of warriors, gear and spells from four different factions.
You get to different deck types and upgrade your existing ones, including Berkanan, Bandit, Frisian and Gellians. From hyper-aggressive, fast-moving minions to super-defensive ones, the game offers a lot of variety in its decks.
The game has an interactive story with multiple endings, fully voice-acted cutscenes and interesting dialogues. Your choices really matter, both in and out of combat, and they can change how the story plays out. Catch a glimpse of the gameplay right below!
The devs made sure that the game kept all the things that made the PC version a hit, like the twisted storylines and eye-popping art. You can grab Ash of Gods: The Way on the Google Play Store.
