Warning! Spoilers ahead for Batman/Catwoman #12
In the final issue of DC's Batman/Catwoman maxiseries, Superman arrives wearing a new suit that totally defeats the purpose of his secret identity. Serving as witnesses to Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle's nuptial vows, Kal-El and his wife Lois are the only guests present during Batman and Catwoman's last-minute wedding. Set in an alternate timeline, Bruce and Selina's past, present, and future are explored with an impressive depth and finality such as an elderly Catwoman killing the Joker after the Dark Knight dies from old age. However, the final issue is largely focused on their present with Batman and Catwoman finally getting married (having the wedding they were denied in the primary continuity).
