A new TikTok for Stranger Thingsseason 4 shows how similar Eddie looks to Robert Downey Jr. Stranger Things returned to Netflix on May 27 with seven episodes, which will be followed by volume 2 on July 1. This season revolves around a new villain named Vecna, who has the power to kill his victims while they are in a trance-like state. The core group of characters investigates the mysterious events around Hawkins while Eleven works with Dr. Brenner to get her powers back to help her friends. Season 4 of course brought back main characters like Hopper and Joyce, but this season also introduced a few new faces, including Eddie Munson, played by Joseph Quinn.

Munson is a bit older than the other students at Hawkins High School since he was held back for several years. Eddie is also a bit of an outcast at the school. However, he gets along with Mike and Dustin, who are part of his Dungeons and Dragons group called The Hellfire Club. After Chrissy, another new character played by Grace Van Dien, starts being haunted by Vecna, she goes to Eddie to buy drugs but is eventually killed by the sentient creature. With Eddie being an outcast and Chrissy Cunningham being killed in his trailer, the entire town blames him for her death and starts a vicious manhunt to track him down.

Eddie quickly became a fan-favorite character after appearing in season 4, and some fans can't help but notice how much he looks like another very famous actor. A TikTok from bellabellangel1 recently pointed out that Quinn looks almost identical to Downey Jr. when he was younger.
