The runtimes for several Stranger Things season 4 episodes have been revealed, and this season is the biggest yet by a wide margin. Following the action-packed Battle of Starcourt in season 3, Stranger Things fans have been eager to see Netflix's hit show return. The show's creators, the Duffer brothers, have already teased that the upcoming season is set to mark quite a departure from previous seasons in terms of episode runtime, with the Brothers previously describing the Stranger Things season 4 finale as a movie. The new season sees the return of fan-favorite characters like Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Joyce (Winona Ryder), Jim (David Harbour), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), and more.

In a new blog from Netflix, the total runtime of Stranger Things season 4 has been revealed to be roughly 13 hours, confirming that the upcoming season is the biggest one yet. The report also reveals the specific runtimes for three of the show's biggest episodes, with episode 407 coming in at one hour and 38 minutes, episode 408 coming in at one hour and 25 minutes, and episode 409, the season finale, clocking in at a supersized two and a half hours.
