To make up for the long wait for new episodes, Stranger Things season 4 was supersized and split into two volumes. The first volume contains seven episodes that span more than nearly 10 hours of runtime. Stranger Things season 4 volume 2 only contains two episodes in total, but they account for nearly four hours of story — with the season finale having a runtime of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
